Every year the people of Kreuzberg fight the people of Friedrichshain (two Berlin precincts) on the bridge that connects them.

Rotten vegetables, fruit, flour, and for some reason those pool noodles seem to be the weapons of choice.

I like food. I hate to fight. I'm not entirely sure this is entirely what I would've thought combining the two would look like. of course, the Germans do everything with a certain flair.

Either wy, it makes for a very unusual spectator sport food-fest-fight - Check it out !
