Who would think that these ancient architecture are built without any machinery or modern technology? It is simply mind-blowing. Even the tiniest details found on each brink are impressive. They are stylish, comes with great history and the country recognition is because of their architecture even though they were decades years old. Of course, let’s not disregard the thousands of people who’ve put their hard work to build up these beauties. Below are the great architectures that will simply make you want to visit the place.

Italy

The ancient Romans did a great job when building the aqueducts. It was built around 145 B.C and this was used by the Roman Empire for water supply. It is one of the famous aqueducts in the world. This watercourse was built without engineers or modern technology. It is still firm and intact and extracts clear water. It is 1850 meters and is built from a series of pipes, bridges, canals, and tunnels. How does it work? Thanks to Newton, it’s all about gravity!

Egypt

Let’s not forget one of the seven wonders of the world- the Pyramids in Egypt. The oldest pyramid was built around 2630 BC by more than 100,000 slaves. This ancient architecture is historic, each comes with a different history. You can find them in different magazines, on TV and even in games. China

Who knew about the Leshan Giant Buddha? Built by hand, this 233 ft tall has made heads turn when it comes to ancient architecture. Built during 713 and 803, this beauty is found between Min River and Dadu River in the south of China. It is considered one of the tallest pre-modern statues in the world. The Chinese have made this statue as the river where the ship passing was always intense, so the statue’s feet lay calmy on the river which would calm it down.

Greece

The Parthenon was constructed around 447 B.C. Known as the Temple of Athena, the architecture is simply remarkable and is one of the greatest cultural monuments. With no modern technology, this building was constructed by those who were experienced in marble. It is said that there’s a reverse optical illusion used by the designers of Parthenon.

India

The AchitChand Baori in India is one of the most legendary architecture in the country. Found in Rajasthan, these 13 stories high steps were built around 900 AD by the Kind Chanda. He built this because of drought. There are around 3,500 levelled steps and it’s 100 feet below the earth’s surface. Many Bollywood movies use this place during shootings since it is one of the most beautiful places in India.

China

Another marvelous architecture Chinese created is the great wall of China. It is one of the biggest. The Chinese took hundreds of years to complete this wall and it is around 21,000 kilometers long. It is still the most popular tourist attraction of all time. This wall is more than 2000 years old and is still intact!
