20 Dec

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It collects data on website visits, other contact avenues and action taken on loyalty programs. Creating sales funnels is the most common use. What it tells you above all is what customers expect in your business genre. It helps to create an organized focus on prospective clients. The bottom line is, the more you know, the less time you waste working on your business so you can work in it.

Let’s look at the 8 best trending CRM software for 2019-2020

HubSpot

This one is the most popular since 2018 and is still riding high in customer satisfaction and performance reviews. What’s so attractive about HubSpot is that anyone can use it and it’s free. Most companies that are still warming up to a CRM and don’t know the benefits seem to gravitate to this system.

HubSpot is not niche exclusive and will suit everyone. It’s set apart from the rest as the CRM with the highest level of integration. Zapier, Shopify and Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, to name a few. It allows unlimited storage and 1000,000 contacts. This is more than enough to run any business and free is the icing on the cake. There are pricing options for more expansion available when and if you’re ready.

Salesforce

This has a high user satisfaction rate. It has an app so you and your sales team can take it along with you and log calls, track sales, and allow you to create and edit reports. It’s not free but offers a free trial and plans start at $25 which gets you all the basic tracking ability for customers, statistics and report generation but in a far less sense than the paid plan. The more you graduate plans, the more integration you receive with other important platforms. All are affordable. Salesforce also has an appexchange with free and paid add ons to supercharge your business, such as e-signatures, identify verification, eForms and more.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is great for sales teams that already know how to navigate these platforms or for beginners. People who love minimalism and simplicity will love Pipedrive. It offers customizable forms. Pipedrive is affordable and offers a free trial with plans that start from $15 to $99. The $15 plan is a limited version, but it’s affordable so worth experimenting with. It’s customizable with a very little limit on this feature. Ample statistics, reporting options and optimized for mobile. No app mentioned.

Zoho

Zoho is a CRM that’s revamped. They offer a lead contact management system that they’re known for and now expanded to automation sales; real-time data reporting and social media.  They offer plans with a free trial and paid plans from between $18 to $100. Very affordable with a lot of features highlighted within the three aforementioned services.

Pipeline Deals

This is a basic CRM with app integration for Google for work and Outlook with more flexible integrations with popular apps. Good platform for sales teams because of the task and goal features. Pricing range is a free trial and paid plans from $29 to $59.

Freshsales

The Freshsales platform is geared to leads and sales. It has an app and app integration so you can make and close sales on the go. You can also filter leads while the software tells you who to spend time on and who is unlikely to be a sale at this time. This platform is $12 per month billed monthly.

Streak CRM for Gmail

For smaller businesses Streak CRM may be the best and easiest to navigate and use without all the bells and whistles, you don’t need. This platform allows you to capture your leads from all the contacts is G Suite and Gmail. It’s simple and a good match for the business beginner yet it maintains the sophistication of a full-service project and workflow management system.

You can track the interaction between customers and the sales team. This one has a free plan but it’s very limited. Unless you’re a sole proprietor and have no team we suggest paying for it. It’s the second priciest on the list so far at $49 and it’s billed annually.

Green Rope

This is another fully customizable CRM. This is a full-service project and workflow management system. It provides a booking calendar and contacts system. It’s full of features that are too numerous to mention; however, there’s as much as you need to handle a starter business to a mid-sized corporation which makes it the priciest but also most sophisticated on the list apart from HubSpot which gives you 1000,000 contacts. Green Rope is billed monthly at $149 that covers only 1,000 contacts.
