Girish Navani, What Keeps Him Driven

I have known Girish Navani for many years now and throughout the years I have seen him both fail and succeed into he world of business. In fact I have watched him fail so many rimes that I have no idea how he keeps getting back on the horse and giving it another go. I must confess that he has rarely failed as a result of something he has done either and it is usually the fault of poor fortune or someone else as to why his business ventures didn’t always go to plan. I have worked with Girish Navani on a medical software project recently and watching him work is really a sight to behold. I find it fascinating to watch what keeps people like Girish Navani driven and here is what fuels his fire.

Family

When Girish Navani was growing up his father worked tirelessly in order to keep a roof over their heads and Girish grew up with real resentment towards the world, because it seemed to him that the harder people worked, like his father, the less that they earned. Many people would take advantage of his father’s hard work ethic and he just felt  that this was wrong and that there was an imbalance somewhere. For Girish Navani then he was dedicated to work just as hard as his father had, but also ensure that he would be ablate get paid for the work which he was doing and this is why he keeps on pushing.

Regrets

One of the biggest fears which Girish Navani has is that he will reach old age and look back upon his life with regrets. There is little worse than looking back over your lifetime with a sour taste in your mouth because of all the things that you didn’t do, and this is another reason why Girish keeps on pushing and pushing for what he wants. Girish Navani is very aware that we only get one chance at life and he is determined to ensure that he takes every last drop of it.

Success

At the root of the passion and desire which Girish Navani has is his long time desire to be a success. At school Girish had some difficulties and many told him that he would never amount to anything, this is something which he has often referred to and I know that he has this in his mind when he goes out looking for success with his business ventures. Girish is determined to prove people wrong and this is why he works so hard, for such long hours and also why he is so tenacious. These kind of skills don’t happen by accident and it is because of the events which affected hum when he was younger that he is so keen to turn his life into one which is very successful.
